SHORTAGES & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

All shortages and damages from UPS, UPS or other freight carriers must be reported to Supplies Wholesalers within 48 hours of delivery. All trucking company freight shortages or damages must be filed at the receiving site with the trucking carrier. If you receive product that has been obviously damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice a shortage or damage after the carrier has left your premise, you must file a claim with the carrier according to their policies.
